Short Order: Present: 1) Plaintiff in person. 2) Mr. Farzand Ali, Advocate for plaintiff. Case file was fixed for attendance. Arshad Ali appeared before the Court and stated that he is relative of defendants. Further stated that defendant No. 1 is presently residing in Saudi Arabia for laboring purpose while defendant No. 2 is ill, therefore, cannot travel. Arshad Ali also admitted before the Court that he has contacted the defendant No. 1 for sending power of attorney, hence, requested for an opportunity and sought time, thus, provided with directions to submit power of attorney and written statement on 13.04 .2026. File to come-up on date fixed. Fresh notice be issued against defendant No-2. Moreover, one namely Arshad Ali present before the Court consented on behalf of defendant no-01 to pay Rs. 3000/- per head maintenance total Rs. 9000/-, initially. Consequently, pursuant to Section 17-A of the Family Courts Act, 1964, the Court fixes the interim maintenance payable to the plaintiff at Rs. 9,000/- total per month. The amount shall be paid on or before the 2nd of each month until the conclusion of the case
